The Big Ball
Women for Men’s Health announces the return of The Big Ball, the third annual fundraising gala takes place on January 31, 2020. Along with launching the biggest party of 2020, this powerful initiative acts to engage women to increase awareness in areas impacting men, including mental health. Last year the event raised over $70,000, with all funds directly supporting men’s mental health issues at the Prostate Cancer Centre.
On Friday, January 31, 2020, Women for Men’s Health shines a light on the issue of men’s mental health and invites Calgarians to spend a glamorous evening raising funds for the men’s health initiatives at the Prostate Cancer Centre. This year’s event will include a new poolside arrival experience, multi-tiered entertainment and an epic afterparty.

Women for Men’s Health is an initiative that acts to engage women to help increase awareness in areas impacting men’s health, including sexual health, cardiovascular health, male-specific cancers and mental health. Calgary Radiologist Dr. Shelley Spaner is the founder of Women for Men’s health and has started the initiative to engage women as active players in closing the gender gap when it comes to health and wellness.
