Man wanted on Canada-wide warrants located, arrested in Ontario

CALGARY — A man who was wanted on several Canada-wide warrants has been located and arrested halfway across the country.
Last week, Calgary police asked the public for their help in locating the 32-year-old after he was linked to multiple sexual offences against a 13-year-old girl.

Police had said he was also wanted on six outstanding warrants that include breach of probation, breach of a protection order and failure to comply.
On Tuesday, members of the Peterborough Police Service in Ontario helped in locating and arresting him and now have him in custody.
