Man dead after hit by train in Canmore

CANMORE – A man is dead after being hit by a train early Tuesday morning in Canmore.

RCMP say they were called to a scene along the train tracks at around 12:30 a.m., where they found a 54-year-old man dead at the scene.

At this time, police are working with CP Rail and the medical examiner’s office to try and determine how this happened.
