CALGARY — One man is facing charges after a scary incident at the Northland Professional Centre in northwest Calgary on Monday.
A woman who worked in the building made her way into the washroom and noticed one stall was already in use, so she went into a neighbouring stall.
While inside, a man crawled underneath the stall partitions and grabbed the woman by her feet.
She was able to free herself, run out of the bathroom and call police.
Eugene Linklater, 39, has now been charged with one count of assault, voyeurism and mischief.
Police are now investigating similar allegations in the area.
Linklater is due to appear in court on July 21.
