CALGARY – One person is in custody and two others are recovering from stab wounds following an argument among neighbours in the city’s southeast.

It happened around 12:20 a.m. on 15 Ave. near 28 Street SE i Radisson Heights.

Police say a neighbour argued with them about noise and then reportedly approached the two people and stabbed them with a knife.

The man who was stabbed told 660 NEWS that he doesn’t believe the woman was upset over the noise as she never asked for it to be turned down.

He alleges a man came over and yelled at them and she immediately ran down and started stabbing his girlfriend and him.

The victim says the man ran away and he pinned her down until police got there.

His girlfriend was taken to hospital in serious but stable condition. He has minor injuries.

The woman who lives next door is in police custody.
