Drumheller’s iconic Last Chance Saloon up for sale

DRUMHELLER – An iconic Alberta landmark is up for sale.
The Last Chance Saloon, complete with its restaurant, patio, store, hotel, and campground, is listed on RE/MAX NOW in Drumheller.
Current owner Dave Arsenault says it’s getting too busy to manage the 100-year-old landmark on his own.
“To be honest, we’re almost victims of our own success. It seems the older I get the busier we get and it’s a lot of work,” he said.
“Basically, I want to pass it on to some younger legs or even invite a partner in.”
The Last Chance Saloon is famous for being a frequent biker stop in the Alberta badlands and is even rumoured to be haunted.
“There’s been lots of tourists. But there is lots of paranormal groups who are interested in coming and staying here. [The saloon] has been on a couple of TV shows.”
The current asking price is just over $900,000.
