CALGARY (660 NEWS) – It has been one year since a Saskatchewan man visiting Calgary was murdered, with his body found north of Airdrie.

Now, Calgary police are hoping the public can help them find another person of interest.

Sheldon Wolf, 47, a husband and father of two, was in town from Carrot River, Saskatchewan and was last seen leaving the downtown Sandman Hotel on Feb. 2, 2020.

His body was found two days later.

A 23-year-old man faced a first-degree murder charge, but homicide investigators now believe 22-year-old Sharmarke Ali Mohamed was with Wolf before he was killed.

Police are asking to speak with Mohamed. Anyone with any information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
