One man arrested, another in hospital following stabbing downtown

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – One man has been arrested and another is recovering after a stabbing downtown.
Police said it happened around 9:15 p.m. Monday near 4 Ave. and 5 St. SW.
Officers believe the man was stabbed in the head and abdomen in an apartment and was able to get to a corner store where he asked for help.
The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital but is expected to survive.
Police eventually tracked down the suspect and arrested him.
