Police looking for high risk offender on the loose

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — City police are asking people to be on the lookout for a high risk offender who didn’t return to his approved facility in Calgary on Wednesday.

Louis Henry Bear, 42, is now wanted on a Canada wide warrant for being unlawfully at large after breaching release conditions.

Bear has been convicted of attempted murder, criminal negligence causing death and weapons offences and while police don’t know where he is, they think he is still in the Calgary area.

Bear is described as 5′ 5″ tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes
