NEW YORK — The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Week of Nov. 30

Huadi International Group – 3.1 million shares, priced at $8, managed by Craft Capital Management/R.F. Lafferty & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HUDI. Business: Manufactures steel pipe tube products in China.

Seaport Global – New York, 12.5 million shares, priced at $10, managed by B. Riley/FBR. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SGAMU. Business: Blank check company formed by Seaport Global Asset Management targeting.
