Foothills Medical Centre had two patients test positive for COVID-19 on Friday. One patient linked to that outbreak has since died.

At Rockyview General Hospital, five more patients have tested positive from an outbreak declared Thursday.

Fifty-five health care workers have been restricted from the hospital because of outbreaks this month.
