CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary police are asking to talk to anyone who saw a 90-year-old man struck by a car at a condo complex in the city’s northeast Tuesday afternoon.

The man was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition after being struck by a Toyota Corolla on a sidewalk in front of the entrance to underground parking at the Edgewater at Newport condo complex.

Police say the driver remained on scene, but might have failed to yield to the man.

Drugs or alcohol were not factors.

Police are asking anyone who might have seen what happened to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
