Winsport suspends sales for ski hill due to high demand

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – High demand for season passes has forced Winsport to suspend sales for the Canada Olympic Park ski hill.

The park made the decision to ensure it can maintain sufficient physical distancing on the hill to keep everyone safe during COVID-19.

More season passes may be available for purchase once they see how many skiers and snowboarders are on the hill each day.

The park is scheduled to open on Nov. 27.

Until the season gets underway, Winsport said it will not be releasing day tickets.
