Police say victim 'uncooperative' after downtown Calgary shooting

CALGARY (CityNews) – One man is in hospital recovering from gunshot wounds after a shooting in the downtown core Saturday night.

Calgary Police say they were called to the Esso gas station on Macleod Trail S.E., where they found the victim.

Police believe the shooting took place at a location close to the gas station, but have not yet located a secondary scene.

The attack is believed to be targeted.

Police say that the victim is unwilling to cooperate with the investigation.
