CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Police believe a parked car and a sign obstructed the views of the drivers involved in a collision on Barlow Trail and 26 St.
A 23-year-old man riding a motorcycle died after colliding with a car just before 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police said the two didn’t see each other because a vehicle was parked on the northeast corner of the intersection as well as a sign being used for advertising.
Excessive speed was also believed to be a factor, while alcohol and drugs have been ruled out.
Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
