Alberta confirms 153 additional COVID-19 cases, no new deaths

EDMONTON (660 NEWS0 – Alberta has confirmed 153 new cases within the province in the last 24 hours.
There are now 1,497 active cases within the province while 15,585 Albertans have recovered from the virus.
NEW:

– no new deaths, still at 261
– 56 in hospital (-2), 14 in ICU (-)

Of those cases, 56 are in hospital and 14 are in ICU.

In the past 24 hours, 14,211 tests were performed, bringing Alberta’s total to almost 1.27 million.
There are 35 schools within the province with COVID-19 outbreaks, five of which are under a provincial watch.

There were no new reported COVID-19 deaths, keeping Alberta’s total at 261.
