Banff Avenue car lanes re-open following COVID-19 closure

BANFF (660 NEWS) – Pedestrians will have to walk on the sidewalk once again along Banff Avenue starting Thursday.
The town announced it will be re-opening the lanes of traffic between the road between Buffalo Street and Caribou Street after it was closed earlier this year to allow for pedestrians to practice physical distancing.
The wide pedestrian zone also gave restaurants and bars along the strip the space to have outdoor dining tents.
