Red Deer man charged with sexual assault and child luring

RED DEER (660 NEWS) – A 30-year-old man from Red Deer is facing charges of sexual assault and child luring.
RCMP received a complaint last month from a concerned parent which prompted an investigation.
Officers discovered the man had lured and committed sexual offences against a 15-year-old child.
Police arrested the man on July 31. He now faces charges of sexual interference and assault, possession of child pornography, and child luring.
The man is due to appear in court on Sept. 4.
