CALGARY (660 NEWS) – There are no confirmed tornadoes but images of funnel clouds were easy to find on social media thanks to another Alberta storm.

Hail the size of tennis balls were reported Monday in many communities including Drumheller, Cremona, and Morley.

Calgary was spared of much of the activity but #abstorm Twitter was abuzz with images of large ice pellets, funnel clouds, and the vibrant colours that lit up the night sky after the storm.

So far there have been no reports of a tornado touching down or details about significant damage.
