Police release pictures of injured toddler, searching for suspect vehicle in southeast hit-and-run

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary police have released photos of an injured toddler, after an apparent hit-and-run in the city’s southeast.

Police say three-year-old Kaylie was crossing a green space towards her home in Deer Ridge around 10:40 a.m. on June 22 when she was hit, suffering serious head injuries.

The driver did not remain at the scene and police suggest they may not have realized they hit the girl.

Investigators are still looking for a mini-van style vehicle, possibly dark green.

Police describe the driver as a man with a bald head.
