Police ask for public help after Acadia attack

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary police are asking the public to help them find a vehicle connected to a violent attack that took place in the southeast.

A man was assaulted near Fairmount Drive and Arbour Crescent last Wednesday, June 17 around 6 a.m.

He was taken to hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.

Whoever was involved with the incident fled the scene before officers arrived and investigators are trying to locate the vehicle

Police are looking for a black or dark-grey Jeep Wrangler or a newer-model Jeep with a dark hardcover.
