Second man charged in killing of Calgary chef

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Two men are now facing murder charges in the killing of a Calgary chef.
A second man was arrested over the weekend in connection with the death of Christophe Herblin, who was attacked in March while guarding his under-construction restaurant on Bow Trail SW, following a break-in.
We have arrested a second suspect in relation to the murder of Christophe Herblin. Tommie Boris Holloway, 31, of Calgary was taken into custody on Saturday, June 20, 2020, and has also been charged with second-degree murder. #yychttps://t.co/NUwZ676Ge3

A 26-year-old man was arrested by police on June 3 while a 31-year-old man was apprehended on Saturday.
Both have been charged with second-degree murder.
“This was a truly senseless murder,” said S/Sgt. Martin Schiavetta. “We are extremely grateful for the public’s assistance in this case, which helped us provide justice to the victim’s family. Our thoughts are with the Herblin family as they continue to grieve this tragic loss.”
Calgary police now say they are not looking for any more suspects.
