CALGARY (660 NEWS) – No one was hurt after an overnight fire in the northwest community of Dalhousie.
A home along Dalcastle Dr. was destroyed in the fire, which broke out around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
Batallion Chief Paul Frederick told 660 NEWS that two people and a cat made it out safely.
The fire is believed to have started in the garage, however, that has yet to be fully determined at this time.
“We will be having an investigator doing his work to determine the cause and origin of the fire, and we will be there for most of the morning,” Frederick said.
