72 new COVID-19 cases in Alberta, one additional death

ALBERTA (CITYNEWS) – The Alberta government reported 72 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Saturday, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,084.

One more Albertan died from the virus. There have now been 126 deaths related to COVID-19 in the province.

There are currently 60 people being treated in hospital, eight of whom are in intensive care.

A total 5,377 Albertans have recovered from COVID-19.
