Police respond to two shootings in less than an hour

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary police responded to a pair of shootings within one hour of each other Friday morning.

The first shooting happened on Centre Street north near 55 Ave. around 4:00 a.m.

One person was injured but is expected to survive.

The second shooting took place around 4:45 a.m. along Rundleville Drive.

Two people suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police have arrested suspects in both shootings.
