96 new COVID-19 cases in Alberta, one death

ALBERTA (CITYNEWS) – The Alberta government reported 96 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the total number of active cases to 1,747.

One more Albertan died from the virus – the 117th death related to COVID-19 in the province.

There are currently 71 people being treated in hospital. Thirteen of those are in intensive care.

A total 4,389 Albertans have recovered from COVID-19.
