Calgary Hitmen captain named Eastern Conference Second Team All-Star

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — For the second time in as many seasons, Calgary Hitmen captain Mark Kastelic has been recognized by the WHL.

The 21-year-old wrapped up the 2019-20 season tied for fifth in league scoring, netting 38 goals and a career-high 30 assists for 68 points.

As an overage player, this marked his final campaign with the Hitmen, and he’ll be remembered as one of the club’s greats with 235 points in 321 regular-season appearances.

Kastelic was selected in the fifth round of the 2019 draft by the Ottawa Senators.
