CALGARY (660 NEWS) – The T&T Supermarket in northeast Calgary is now closed after an employee tested positive for the coronavirus.
The worker was last in the store at the Pacific Place Mall in NE Calgary on March 21.
In a letter posted to the company’s Facebook age, the CEO of T&T said the employee is feeling better and currently doesn’t have a fever.
“It is our duty and pride to serve Calgary and all the communities we operate in,” said CEO Tina Lee. “I ask for your patience as we work to ensure our staff are all healthy before we re-open.”
As a result, all staff are staying home for the next 14 days while the store is cleaned and is expected to reopen on April 8.
