CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Should the province hold a referendum on equalization, establish its own pension plan or police force?
The Alberta government wants to hear from you on how to get what they term a “fair deal in Confederation.”
The Fair Deal Panel wrapped up their townhalls last month and while the panel did hear from thousands of Albertans, they have now launched an online portion to hear from even more.
Panel chair Oryssia Lennie said in a statement, “We know there are more who may have ideas to share. We encourage all Albertans to take this survey and make their voices heard on how we can best advance Alberta’s interests on the national stage.”

The UCP government created the Fair Deal Panel as a way to gauge Albertans opinions on how to best advance the province’s economic interests.
The survey is open until March 15, while the panel is expected to submit its report by March 31.
