Scarpone’s Italian Store brand frozen ground veal recall issued

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – A recall of ground veal sold from a store in the northeast.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling Scarpone’s frozen veal sold from The Italian Store on Skyline Way near Deerfoot Trail and McKnight Blvd.
The CFIA warns the product could be contaminated by E.coli.
The affected veal was sold between Dec. 23 and Jan. 13.
If you bought some you should either return it or throw it out.
