Summary

Calgary Zoo planning to house the giant panda cubs for a little longer

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — The Calgary Zoo says its giant panda cubs will be sticking around Calgary for a little bit longer.

Instead of leaving this fall, Jia Panpan and Jia Yueyue are expected to depart for China in early 2020.

The zoo held a going-away bash for the two in early October.

Both cubs arrived in Calgary back in May 2018 as part of a loan agreement with China.
