CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Let’s hope you didn’t put your snow shovels back into storage.
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement for all of Alberta, including Calgary, as colder temperatures and snow are expected to return. The statement has now ended.
Between two and four centimetres of snow could fall overnight with an additional five centimetres coming throughout Tuesday.
More snow is expected in the Foothills region and the mountains. Snowfall warnings are in place for Jasper, Banff, Canmore, Kananaskis, and Nordegg with up to 30 centimetres expected to fall.
