Man charged in death of newborn in 2018

Calgary police have charged a man in connection with the death of an infant in his care.

Emergency crews were called to a house on Atlanta Crescent on April 25, 2018.

They found a newborn boy unconscious. He was rushed to the hospital where he died two days later.

Anthony Karl Kurucz, 29, of Calgary, is charged with second-degree murder in the case from last April.
