Woman in stable condition after collision with vehicle downtown

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – A pedestrian was struck while walking in the downtown core early Friday morning.
It happened just after 5:30 a.m. at 12 Avenue and 5 Street SW.
EMS said they took one woman to Foothills Hospital in serious but stable condition.

There is still no word on what may have caused the crash.
Police continue to investigate.
