Kevin Smith making Calgary stop

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — Director, actor and self-proclaimed ‘king of the nerds’ Kevin Smith is coming to Calgary in January.

Smith will be in town for a special showing of his latest film Jay and Silent Bob: Reboot at the Globe Cinema in the downtown core.

The movie is the most recent instalment featuring the stoner icons created by Smith. It’s slated for wide release in October.

Tickets for the Calgary event will go on sale next week.
