Suspect arrested after reports of gunshot at northeast apartment

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – A scary incident for a couple of people in an apartment in the northeast community of Greenview on Wednesday night.
Police say a gun was fired in the apartment in the 300 block of Grier Avenue and the bullet went through the wall into another unit where two people were at home.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
One person has been taken into custody and is being questioned in connection with the incident.
The complex was evacuated while police investigated, but residents have since been let back in.
Police were already at that same apartment building for another disturbance when the call came in about a gun being fired.
No word yet on what led to the incident.
