Bill 9 will delay wage hearings for 180,000 public sector employees, including nurses and teachers.

Public sector employees accuse the province of downplaying the impacts, arguing that it strips collective bargaining and arbitration rights.

Wage negotiations were supposed to start June 30 but are now delayed until Halloween.
