CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary police say a suspicious death earlier this week in Taradale has officially been deemed a homicide.
Around 11:50 p.m., on Tuesday, police were called to Taracove Road and Taravista Drive N.E. where they discovered a man dead inside a car.
“We’ve done thorough neighbourhood inquiries, and also a video canvas as well,” said Staff Sgt. Colin Chisholm. “We have obtained some information that has been helpful to our investigation.”
The man has now been identified as Rishabh Saini, 23, of Calgary.
Police say Saini died as a result of a shooting and that it was a targeted attack.
