Man hurt on jobsite in southeast

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – There aren’t a lot of details, but a man has been seriously hurt after an incident on a jobsite in southeast Calgary.

Paramedics were called to 90th Avenue and 40th Street, shortly after noon on Monday.

Alberta Health Services spokesperson Helene Hamilton couldn’t really say exactly what happened.

“One adult male was transported by ground ambulance in serious, non-life-threatening condition to the Foothills Medical Centre with multiple serious injuries,” said Hamilton.

Occupational Health and Safety is now investigating.
