Pro-energy rally to take place as Sohi visits Calgary

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – There will be another rally Wednesday in Calgary in support of the Trans Mountain Pipeline.

It coincides with an energy funding announcement in the city by Federal Resources Minister Amarjeet Sohi.

It’s expected that the federal government will re-approve the pipeline expansion, after being given the green light by the National Energy Board

The rally is being organized by Canada Action and takes place at 11:30 a.m. at 250 5 street SW.
