Flames trying to tie series up with Avalanche

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – The Calgary Flames need a big Game 4 if they want to avoid going into a 3-1 hole against the Colorado Avalanche.

The Flames struggled to get anything going in Game 3, the Avalanche were all over Calgary and by the time the smoke had cleared, Colorado was celebrating a 6-2 win.

There is one change ahead of Game 4 for the Flames lineup, Juuso Valimaki will be making his NHL playoff debut. He will be on the third defensive pairing alongside Rasmus Andersson.

For the Avalanche, everything will stay the same on their bench, but Head Coach Jared Bednar said there are some players who are listed as game-time decisions.

This game will get underway at 8 p.m. on Sportsnet 960 The Fan and CBC.
