Calgary police look to public for help in sexual assault case

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — Calgary police are trying to identify a man after a teenage girl says she was sexually assaulted on a bus last month.

On the afternoon of Jan. 19, a man got on the bus in the southwest community of Somerset, and sat beside the girl.

He allegedly touched her inappropriately while sitting beside her, and again as she got up to leave near the intersection of Shawinigan Drive and Shawbrooke Drive S.W.

The man is described as Asian, with a medium build, approximately 60 to 70-years-old, with balding hair on top and gray hair on the sides. The man was wearing a brown winter jacket and a hat.
