Dog Show is coming to Calgary

CALGARY (660 NEWS)- Hundreds of dogs will head to Spruce Meadows this weekend for the Annual A.K.C Winter Classic Dog Show.

The Alberta Kennel Club is hosting the first show of the season, with animals and handlers from across the country.

Corrie Horne with the club said about 700 canines will be competing over three days.

“January 25th to 27th, in several competitions. Including junior handling, obedient trials..and for the best in show prize confirmation.”

Dog lovers can find out everything they need to know about their favourite breeds and watch them as they’re put through their paces.
