RCMP charge three men with multiple property-related offences

Three men are facing a combined total of 28 charges after an incident that involved stolen property.

On September 19, Strathmore RCMP responded to a break-and-enter at a storage yard where a Haulmark Trailer had been stolen.

An antique car was one of the items stored inside that trailer. The owner circulated images of his trailer and antique car on social media.

The next day, after seeing the post, a resident of Wheatland County saw a truck pulling the trailer and called police. When members arrived on scene, the suspects attempted to evade police. A short time later, the RCMP disabled the vehicle causing it to veer of the road. They then arrested the suspects.

The vehicle the men were driving was also stolen.

RCMP say 35-year-old Jason Little, 25-year-old Kelly Dwyer, and 58-year-old Ralph Huizinga are facing charges including: possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and failing to comply with a recognizance.
