Air Canada cancelling flights between Red Deer and Calgary

Air Canada flights from Red Deer to Calgary are being grounded, with the airline pointing to financial reasons.
Reports say Air Canada is suspending the service starting November 1 because the route was not meeting “financial performance targets.”
The service was launched in September 2013, with three scheduled flights a day.
In a statement, Air Canada says it reviews all schedules around the world on a regular basis and changes are made based on commercial factors such as demand.
