The Twitter buzz was mostly about sports, Monday morning. #WPGvsNSH was trending, after a #doubleovertime #game2 ended in favour of the Predators, Sunday night.
#StanleyCup was also popular, for that game, and Washington’s win over Pittsburgh.
Basketball also appeared tops in social media news feeds: LeBron was a popular mention after the Cleveland star netted 45 points in 43 minutes, and the Cavaliers moved on to the second round of the #NBAPlayoffs with a 105-101 #game7 win over the Indiana Pacers.
Meanwhile, there remained little doubt that movie fans #love Marvel.
Infinity War was a huge mention online, after the Avengers flick took in an estimated worldwide box office record $630-million in its opening weekend.
