Flu claims the lives of two more people

There have been more deaths as a result of the flu in the province, one of which happened here in the Calgary area.
The other case was in the central zone, bringing the total number of deaths to four this flu season.
Two people have now died as a result of the flu in Calgary.
The city continues to carry the bulk of the influenza ‘A’ cases, 690 confirmed cases compared to a total of just over one thousand province-wide.
184 people from the Calgary area have been hospitalized because of the flu, province wide that number stands at 259.
Over 435,000 Calgarians have been immunized against the flu so far.
