Delays, restrictions in downtown Toronto begin for G20

TORONTO, Ont. – With the G20 just days away, the construction of the security fence is almost complete, Monday.
Police are warning drivers to expect slowdowns due to high security levels.
Kilometres of the three-metre high fence have snaked its way around the downtown core.
Residents have been warned by police to avoid the fenced-off zone.
Over the weekend, there was a visible increase in the number of uniformed police officers on downtown streets.
Garbage bins, newspaper stands, benches and bus shelters have also been removed.
